Ian and Rosemary Mills ...... We Live on a small holding on the Welsh / Shropshire border, where we produce and bottle our Fruit Blush Liqueurs.

We have made fruit liqueurs, as a hobby, for a number of years, experimenting with different fruits, either home grown or gathered locally.
 |
In 2008 Our Fruit Blush Damson liqueur won a highly commended in the November 08 True Taste of Wales Food & Drink Awards and a mention in the Awards magazine, something we are very proud to have achieved in our first year of trading.
Starting the business has been a huge learning curve for us and we are pleased to announce, that having studied for and attained the relevant licenses and environmental health approval, we can get on with the serious business of producing a quality product.
|
Our friends and family have been a willing band of tasters over the years. It has been with their support and encouragement that we have made the transition from hobby producers, to launching Fruit Blush as a business.
Many a tipsy crumble has been shared with friends using the fruit which has infused in the gin or vodka (could this be an offshoot business!!)
We are constantly trying out new recipes, and are never short of tasters, to give their reviews. |
|
We are available to give entertaining and informative talks on the journey that has taken us from interesting hobby to setting up and selling our Fruit Blush family of liqueurs. We have already given talks and tasters to a diverse range of groups including Womens Institutes and business and social clubs in both England and Wales. For further information please email us at fruitblush for details.
